UFile.ca has been NETFILE certified for all 2009 tax returns except for those reporting Harmonized AgriStability/Agrilnvest (T1273). The CRA's NETFILE service is open from February 15 until September 30, 2010.
As with all tax products, each year, UFile must be certified
for NETFILE with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the Ministry
of Revenue of Quebec (MRQ). We are now undergoing the stringent
certification testing required by the CRA and the MRQ for NetFiling
and printing tax returns.
UFile welcomes the certification process as part of its ongoing
partnership with the CRA and the MRQ to produce reliable tax software
of the highest quality.

here.
Please note that although UFile may be used to file tax returns
for prior tax years, the CRA only accepts NetFiled returns until
the 30th of September of the current calendar year. Otherwise
the tax returns must be paper-filed.
Message from the CRA: Income tax preparation software companies must seek NETFILE certification from the Canada Revenue Agency (the "CRA") for tax preparation software products which are to be used in conjunction with CRA’s NETFILE electronic tax filing service. NETFILE certification of this Product from the CRA may or may not have been obtained at this time. Please consult the CRA Website www.NETFILE.gc.ca or this website beginning February 2010 to determine the status of this Product’s application for certification. |
I was overwhelmingly impressed… The ability to make small
changes here and there and immediately see the resulting effect
is truly invaluable. The auto-generation of a printable PDF of
my return was also very impressive.
Congratulations on an excellent product — I will most
certainly return next year.
